30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Original tags are attached and intact.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
The product has not been damaged, altered, or stained after delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to product and size availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a refund, depending on the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
